When to set up your own shop/branch?

How does it work to have an offshore office?

There will be a limited liability company set up for you. It can be owned by designated individuals or by the parent company.

Your Polish subsidiary will employ engineers on payroll who will work full-time as your employees and be part of your engineering organization. The recruitment process will be carefuly defined together and executed mostly by our team.

You will have your office leased in Krakow, Poland. Most of the companies start with a small serviced office.

This offshore company will have a service contract signed with the parent company and deliver software services. There will be a one invoice sent monthly by the subsidiary company to the HQ to cover the cost of the offshore entity.
