PREPARATION WITH CLIENT
- Establishing goals, expectations, and constraints of the hiring project
- Working with a hiring manager to define requirements for the position
- Defining the compensation and package to match the local market conditions
- Defining candidates’ sourcing strategy
EXECUTION FOR EACH CANDIDATE MAY INCLUDE (DEPENDING ON THE POSITION)
- Preliminary screening
- Initial interview to assess the soft- and technical skills
- Face-to-face interview where we perform additional technical assessment as described in assessment sheet
- The final interview with the client, either remotely or in-person.
FINALIZATION
- Offer for a candidate
- Assistance with onboarding, training, and if needed a candidate relocation
